Two ways to use the same notes app

Not every thought belongs to a file. ClingNote has General Notes for everyday writing and Attached Notes for context that belongs to specific work.

That means you do not need one app for ordinary notes and another utility for file-specific reminders. The same workspace can hold both.

Local-first by design

Note content is stored locally on your Windows PC in SQLite. ClingNote does not require an account for ordinary use and does not need to upload the documents you are working with in order to reconnect their notes.
